The 2019 Dental Implant Conference

Graduating in 2003 from the University of Lousville as member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental honor society, Christopher C. Babcook, MD now works as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon focusing on dental implants, oral pathology and dental extraction. As well, Dr. Chris C. Babcook is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS).

The annual conference held by AAOMS in 2019 on Dental Implants was held at in Chicago. Focusing on scientific advancements in technology and technique, the Dental Implant Conference is one way that AAOMS provides its members with continuing education in the field. Some highlights of the event include speeches on the durability of oral and dental prosthetics, hard and soft tissue reconstruction, and case study discussions.

While they offered a simulcast of the event, recordings of select speeches and presentations are still available to members of AAOMS. In addition, the 2020 Dental Implant Conference is currently offered virtually and is set for October 1st through 10th. The highlight speaker is Dr. Anthony Fauci who is scheduled to speak on the 9th.
